Return conditions
- You can return your order within the trial period of 30 days. The trial period starts on the day you received the order.
- All products are still in the original packaging / sealing and are unworn, undamaged, clean, and unused.
- It is only possible to return products for a refund. Need a
different size? Return your purchase and order the right size in the
webshop.

Where to drop off your return package?
Follow the instructions of your chosen shipping method.
How do I know if you have received my return?
You can follow your shipment via the track & trace link. You will
receive an email whenever there is a status update during the handling
process. It can take up to 14 days before the return process is
completed.
How fast will I be refunded after returning?
We will refund you immediately after your return shipment has been
approved. It can take up to 7 days for the whole return and refund
process to be completed. How fast the money will be on your bank account depends on your payment method:
- iDEAL: within 3 working days
- Credit card: within 10 working days
- Paypal: within 6-10 business days
